Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects having signs and symptoms of prameha explained in Ayurvedic tests. Known patients of Type-II diabetes mellitus patients preliminarily diagnosed Type-II diabetes mellitus on the basis of signs and symptoms of disease will be confirmed by HbA1C, FBSL and PPBSL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type-II DM with PTCA or CABG history. Patient of Sahaja Prameha and having bala and dhatukshaya and Type – I Diabetes Mellitus. Patient undergoing regular treatment for any other severe illness patient suffering from tuberculosis, carcinoma, HIV positive patients endocrine disorders like thyrotoxicosis, cushing syndrome, conn syndrome,hypothyroidism with Type II DM. Patients suffering from malignant and accelerated hypertension, CVS disorders, pregnant women and planning to be pregnant within six months lactating mother secondary diabetes mellitus, diabetes ketoacidosis, CNS disorder e.g. encephalopathy, seizures. Auto-immune diseases. MODY (Maturity Onset of Diabetes in Youngs) Severe renal and hepatic failure. Secondary diabetes mellitus. History of acute and chronic pancreatitis. Acute Type II DM complication like HHNK & hypoglycemia. Diabetic under stress like infection, undergoing surgery, STEMI, NSTEMI, stroke, Trauma, repeated hypoglycemia, diabetic wounds
