Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age Group of 18-25 Years 2. Willing To Participate 3. Both Male and Female 4. Participants agree to sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-cooperative participants 2.Any musculoskeletal disorders, neurogenic disorders, cardiovascular respiratory or endocrine disorder. 3.Previously undergone any surgery (last 6 Months)
