Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for participants: People with diagnosed neurological disorders, Living in the home within 10 km distance from the hospital, Age range: 18-65 years, Functional ambulatory category more than 2. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: Living in home within 10 Km distance from the hospital, Age range: 18-65 years, Any gender Able to understand & follow commands (Mini cog scale > 3), Having a smartphone and being able to use it independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for participants: Musculoskeletal impairments that restrict performing the test resulting from non-neurological conditions, Visual and auditory problems that interfere with test performance, Cognitive impairments, People staying alone, Individuals with high risk of falls (More than 3 falls in six months). Exclusion criteria for caregivers include Visual and auditory problems, Cognitive impairments, who do not have smartphones.
