Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade I or II Age Between 19-65yrs Either sex Patient posted for elective lower limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal for the procedure Infection at the site Any abnormality of spinal anatomy Allergy or intolerance to local anaesthetics Coagulopathy or Bleeding disorder

1.Onset of sensory blockade . 2.Onset of motor blockade . 3.Hight level of sensory block . 4.Time for two segment regression of sensory block . 5.Duration of motor blockade . 6.Duration of Post-operative analgesia . 7.Hemodynamicchanges(Heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure , mean arterial pressure) 8.Incidence of Post-operative nausea, vomiting and post spinal shivering Timepoint: intraoperatively- Modified Bromage Scale will be used to evaluate the Motor Block at different interval
