Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral or bilateral non-traumatic anterior knee pain for the last 3 month, provoked by at least 2 of the following activites : prolonged sitting,ascending or descending stairs, sqatting, kneeling, jumping, running. 2. Subjects with age group from 18 to 50 years will be included in the study. 3. Both male and female subjects will be included. 4. Average pain level at least 3 out of 10 on NPRS during previous weeks 5. Pain on palpation of the medial and lateral patellar facet, and positive patellar grinding test or positive clark’s sign.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of knee joint pathologies such as meniscus, tendon or ligament injuries 2. Self – reported history of patellar subluxation or dislocation. 3. Patellar tendon, iliotibial band or pes anserine tenderness. 4. Any lumbopelvic-hip complex pathology. 5. Neuromuscular or metabolic disease. 6. History of brain injury or vestibular disorder within the last 6 months. 7. Pregnancy
