Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Women aged 50 years or above; 2) diagnosed as SUI patients on primary screening (if urine leakage while laughing, coughing, sneezing or any physical exertion or exercise) & evaluated by ICIQ UI SF score of 6 3) not having any Antimuscarinic drugs; 4) willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of anti-incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse surgery; 2)presence of comorbidities that affect the LU tract, such as neurological disease, diabetes mellitus, psychiatric disease or renal failure ; 3) history of pelvic organ prolapse (Grade 2).
