Intervention1: iv drug infusion: we have made 2 groups one is opiod group(fentanyl) and other is opioid free group(lidocaine and ketamine) and have to compare both groups which is more effective drug

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient scheduled for lower abdominal surgery Age 18-60 ASA grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI >30 patient having history of drug allergy to ketamine and lidocaine pregnant female history of psychiatric illness history of cns,cardiovascular and renal disease.
