Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient willing to participate in study. 2.Patient having calculi size up to 10mm in kidney, ureter and bladder. 3.Bilateral multiple calculi of size less than 10mm. 4.Patient of Age group 18-60 years. 5.Patients irrespective of gender, religion, economical educational and occupational status. 6.Patients suffering from Mutrashmari without any major illness. 7.Mutrashmari with no other consequences and reluctant for surgical intervention. 8.Patient will be selected after base line investigation. 9.Co-operative patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having calculi of size more than 10mm. 2.Acute retention of urine. 3.Impaired renal function. 4.Patient having severe obstructive uropathy. 5.Patient requiring emergency surgery like obstructed urinary calculi. 6.Malignancy. 7.Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension. 8.Pregnant and lactating women. 9.Non co-operative patients
