Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate increased vestibular depth after vestibular deepening procedure done with & without periosteal fenestrationTimepoint: preoperatively & postoperatively at 1 month & at 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate & compare the difference in oral hygiene status (Plaque Index, Gingival Index, Oral hygiene index simplified) before & after vestibular deepening procedure done with and without periosteal fenestration Timepoint: Preoperatively postoperatively at 1 month & 3 months; To evaluate & compare wound healing score of vestibular deepening done with and without periosteal fenestration at 1 week and 1 month post surgically. Timepoint: at 1 week & one month postoperatively
