Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain in the knee joint Pain mainly related to movement and weight-bearing relieved by rest Early morning stiffness (less Swelling in knee joint Reduced range of motion in the knee joint WOMAC osteoarthritis index score > 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) Psoriatic arthropathy Systemic lupus erythematosus Gouty Arthritis Septic arthritis Fracture Any other serious systemic illness - Will be excluded clinically or based on available medical reports.
