Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients, age of 18 years and above who present with Chronic kidney disease with complication. Patients who receive Dapagliflozin (Test cohort) and who do not receive Dapagliflozin (Reference cohort)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and paediatric patients. Patients with any other complications apart from diabetes, hypertension or cardiovascular complications present along with chronic kidney disease. Patients in End stage renal disease and are receiving dialysis.
