Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 45 patients mandibualr lower premolor above 25year to 60 years Teeth with pulp necrosis non vital teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Calcified pulp chamber, Periapical cyst, and Patient with contributory medical history the presence of sinus opening, external and/or internal root resorption and immature apex as confirmed by radiograph. Permanent mandibular premolars with carious lesion or restoration
