Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals in the age range of 19-25 Male and Female college going students.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with any pre-existing psychiatric disorders. Students on medication for any physical or mental illness. Undergoing therapy for any physical/psychological disorder.

The study intends to find among emotion regulation & locus of control which is a greater predictor of psychological well-being in university students. The present study looks into Thriving, which is a diverse measure of psychological well being to help detect and promote holistic wellness in individuals.Timepoint: 7 months
