Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient coming with complain of Arsha (Grade IInd and IIIrd hemorrhoids)i.e. Bleeding per rectum, discharge, prolapse of pile mass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: grade Ist and IVth hemorrhoids , uncontrolled diabetic mellitus, uncontrolled HTN, pregnancy, carcinoma of rectum, ulcerative colitis, strangulated piles, fistula in ano, Tubercular patient, HIV positive, anti HCV positive, HbsAg positive.
