Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with radiological diagnosis of prepatellar bursitis (M70.41 as per ICD 10 ) or Pain /swelling around prepatellar region. 2) Both sexes 3) Patient aged 18 to 65 years. 4) Duration of the symptoms more than 3 months. 5) Providing written informed consent to take part in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient not giving consent. 2) Immuno-compromised diseases. 3) Poorly controlled psychiatric condition. 4) Unexplained weight changes and fever. 5) Pregnant or lactation women. 6) Patient suffering from any other systemic diseases. 7) Patient taking any homoeopathic medicine from other sources for any systemic diseases. 8) Chronic alcoholism and substance abuse.

| The response of the patient will be observed by Visual analogue scale (0 - 100) [where ‘0’ means no pain and ‘100’ means worst possible pain]. Follow up will be done on regular basis (and or as per need of the patients).
