Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: apparently healthy children between ages 2-5 years weight for age falling between 2SD and 3SD as per WHO growth standard willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with pre-exsisting renal/hepatic/ heart disease lactose intolerance malabsorption recent PICU admissions severe anemia
