Intervention1: Lumbar puncture in sitting flexed position: Lumbar puncture will be done in sitting flexed position and the success rates and the incidence of traumatic taps will be compared with that

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children in the age group between 1 month to 15 completed years, who are undergoing lumbar puncture for clinical indication as per treating team decision without any specific contraindication for performing the procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unable to be held in sitting position including children intubated and mechanically ventilated, to make sitting difficult such as spinal injury, child with cerebral palsy.
