Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Women whose BMI falls within 18.5 to 24.9. 2 Women whose BMI falls within 25.0 to 29.9 3 Middle-aged adults between 36 to 64 years. 4 women who are married.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Women who have a BMI under 18.5 2 Women who are unmarried. 3 Women who are unable to read and understand English as a medium of communication. 4 Women who have been clinically diagnosed with any eating disorders. • Women who lack access to basic technological knowledge and access to internet
