Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Proximal breakdown (Class 2) in mandibular first molars with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis Healthy patient with HbA1c level less than 5.7 Diabetes with HbA1c level greater than 6.5 Presence of not less than 24 teeth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with symptomatic apical periodontitis or pulp necrosis. Patients with fixed prostheses. Presence of malocclusion. Periodontally compromised teeth
