Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with the symptoms of epigastric abdominal pain, Heart burn with or without regurgitation, abdominal bloating, nausea, vomiting, belching, hematemesis (Any 3 or 4) 2.Patient with positive Rapid Urease Test (RUT) evidence suggestive of H.Pylori Infection. 3.Willing to give blood specimen and USG-Abdomen for the investigation when required. 4.Patient who are willing to sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: k/c/o Diabetes mellitus k/c/o Hypertension k/c/o Cardiac ailments Known Cases of Acute Abdomen (Appendicitis, Pancreatitis, Cholecystitis) k/c/o Hiatus hernia k/c/o Gastric/ Esophageal Carcinoma k/c/o Liver cirrhosis Pregnancy and lactation

MeasureTime frame
By comparing the Rapid Urease Test (RUT) before starting the therapy & after completion of therapy.Timepoint: 6 months

MeasureTime frame
Assessed by comparing the reduction of clinical symptoms before & after treatment by using Gastro-intestinal symptoms rating scale (GSRS).Timepoint: 6 months
