Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Respondents will be confined to age group of 21-60 year 2. Study will be done on obese patients from SSL Hospital BHU 3. Patient having clinical symptoms of obesity Patient with the BMI >29.9 will be included in this study 4. Patient with WHR > 0.90 (men) and > 0.85 (women) will be included patient willing to trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below the age of 21 and above 60 will be excluded from study. Patient with BMI Patients with WHR • Pregnant and lactating mother are excluded from study. • Patient suffering from any severe systemic disease. (like renal failure, hepatic failure, cardiac failure, cancer, genetic and endocrinal disorder will be excluded from study)

SUBJECTIVE-Excess body fat,Breathlessness, Weakness, Laziness, Polydipsia, Polyphagia OBJECTIVE- Height, Weight, BMI, WHR, Triceps & Biceps Skin fold Thickness , Abdominal skin fold thickness Diagnostic criteria- CBC, Lipid Parameter (Triglyceride), HDL, LDL, VLDL,Fasting Blood Glucose LFT, RFT, Thyroid Timepoint: 90 days & followup with every 30 days
