Intervention1: Drug and Special Diet: Procedure reference - 3 month special diet and ayurvedic drug given to patients.
Special diet - low caloric diet specially use of yava, chana and ragi flour

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Respondents will be confined to age group of 21-60 year 2. Study will be done on obese patients from SSL Hospital BHU 3. Patient having clinical symptoms of obesity Patient with the BMI >29.9 will be included in this study 4. Patient with WHR > 0.90 (men) and > 0.85 (women) will be included patient willing to trial
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient below the age of 21 and above 60 will be excluded from study. Patient with BMI Patients with WHR • Pregnant and lactating mother are excluded from study. • Patient suffering from any severe systemic disease. (like renal failure, hepatic failure, cardiac failure, cancer, genetic and endocrinal disorder will be excluded from study)
