Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Controlled diabetic patient with fasting blood sugar level less than 140 mg/dL, random blood sugar level less than 200 mg/dL and HbA1c level upto 8% . 2. Age within 40 - 75 years 3. Asymptomatic ( periodontal case) 4. Patient come for Extraction - (Mobile Tooth, Grossly Decayed Tooth, Impacted Tooth, Root Stump ,Root Canal Treatment, Fractured Tooth.) 5. Prophylactic Extraction (requiring for prosthetic rehabilitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled diabetic patient 2. Age below 40 years 3. Medically compromised patients and systemically contraindicated for surgery. 4. Edentulous patient. 5. Patient reported with Bleeding Disorder. 6. Reported allergy or Hypersensitivity. 7. Pericoronitis. 8. Presence of Bone Pathology 9. Aggressive Periodontitis.

1)To assess the post-operative soft tissue healing. 2)To evaluate the post-operative hard tissue healing (Bone).Timepoint: 1)To assess the post-operative soft tissue healing on 1st ,3rd ,and 7th post-operative day. 2)To evaluate the post-operative hard tissue healing (Bone)on 5th & 12th weeks.—
