Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with renal tumours with Size less than 7 cm 2.Patient fit for surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with locally advanced renal tumor(tumor invades surrounding structure) 2. Tumour size >7 cm. 3. Patients not fit for laparoscopic surgery. 4. Patient not willing to participate in study. 5. Patients with contrast allergies.
