Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects presenting with clinical features of Madhumeha(T2DM) will be selected. 1 Subjects with FBS more than 110 mg/dl. 2Subjects with PPBS more than 140mg/dl. 3 Subjects with HbA1c more than 6.5% . 4 Subjects of either sex between the age group of 30 to 60 years. 5 Subjects who are fit for snehapana, Virechana and Basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 subjects of type 1 Diabetes Mellitus 2 Diabetes patient in ICU,Recent surgery 3 Pregnancy and Lactating women 4 Who are not fit for snehapaana,virechana and basti. 5 who does not provide written informed consent.
