Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees of Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Teaching and non-teaching staff

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active infective skin conditions of the hand and feet Congenital deformities of the hands and feet. Surgeries and fractures of the forearm hand and foot (less than 6 months). Onset of cardiorespiratory or orthopedic or neurological or renal disease within 12 months. Conditions that prevent the performance of the hand grip and sit to stand. Pacemaker.
