Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Desk-based office worker,Desk work is characterized by a sedentary position of work in a fulltime job ( >35 hours per week) in accordance with the criteria of Sedentary Behavior Research Network (SBRN) 2.Working more last 6 months 3.Age group:30 -50 years 4.Gender:Men and Women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of any cardiac-respiratory disease, Any endocrinal disease rather than diabetes Type 2 2.Participants who are unable to perform 6-minute walk test such as lower limb fractures, other musculoskeletal injuries and neurological disorders. 3.Participants who are performing moderate to vigorous physical activity 4.Pregnant and lactating women
