Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All individuals aged 18 to 30 years having acute unilateral or bilateral (more severe side in case of bilateral) upper trapezitis, fascial restriction according to manual direction test and with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of 3.5-6.4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical tumor 2. Migraine 3. Vestibular disorders 4. Recent cervical surgery 5. Radiculopathies, cervical spinal stenosis, cervical disc prolapse, etc. 6. Ankylosing spondylitis

MeasureTime frame
To measure pain using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), cervical lateral flexion using Universal Goniometer & proprioception using Joint Position Error (JPE) test.Timepoint: Assessment will be done at baseline & after treatment on first day and on third day.
