Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >20 years and Both sex, transgender. Patients having clinical presentation of Hemiplegic stroke. Patients on siddha treatment for 1 month at Ayothidoss pandithar hospital, National Institute of siddha. 5. Patients who are willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with comorbidities like renal failure and liver cirrhosis. Patient having monoplegic ,paraplegic and quadriplegic stroke. Patient having motor neuron disease and bulbar palsy. 4.Patients who are not willing to give informed consent.

The Scoring Difference in Stroke impact scale version 30 will be assessed in the Hemiplegic stroke patients at baseline 15 th day one month after taking siddha treatment for a study period of four months The outcome of the study will provide validated measure of quality of life of Hemiplegic stroke patientsTimepoint: Data collection 4 months Data analysis 1 month Minor Project submission Journal communication 1 month
