Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Community-Indian 2.Subjects ready to abide by trial procedure and to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Below 18 years and above 25 years 2.Subjects having any acute or chronic disease or any type of mental illness because these can also effect memory. 3.Students who are doing pranayama regularly. 4.After assessment ,students who will be having high concentration (range-14 to 20) and excellent memory (range-18 to 20) will be excluded
