Intervention1: Dexmedetomidine: Group A will be given 100mL of Normal Saline over 20 minutes followed by Injection Dexmedetomidine 1µg/kg diluted in 100mL of Normal Saline over 10 minutes preoperative

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18-60 years of either sex scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia 2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists-Physical Status-1(ASA-PS-I) patients 3. Mallampatti grade 1 and 2 4. Patients weighing 45kg to 75kg
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Patients with bleeding disorder 3. Patients with known history of allergy 4. Patient with any coexisting condition like hypertension, diabetes, cardiopulmonary, hepatic, renal, metabolic diseases 5. Patients with psychiatric disease 6. Intraoperative surgical complications like laparoscopic cholecystectomy being converted to open, haemorrhage etc
