Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pateints of every age and both genders Patients ready to participate in the trial Patients with presumed clinical diagnosis of acquired palmoplantar keratoderma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with prior steroid or keratolytic therapy Patients not willing for biopsy Patients with coexistent systemic comorbidities Patients with hereditary palmoplantar keratodermas

MeasureTime frame
By providing a better knowledge of dermoscopic features in acquired PPKs, the study will facilitate a quicker, efficient and non-invasive diagnosis of acquired PPKs. It will also help in taking more targeted therapeutic steps in management of palmoplantar psoriasis, leading to overall reduction in treatment time and increasing response rates. It will help explore the role of dermoscopy in follow-up of acquired PPKs.Timepoint: 1.5 years—
