Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with Presbyopia irrespective of any refractive errors Age range between 35-60 divided into two- below and above 50; Both genders Patients who give informed consent and are willing to practice Trataka Kriya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with any pre-existing disease which could affect distant and near vision such as significant cataracts, ARMD, & another macular disease. Patients with cataract surgery, intraocular surgery, and uncontrolled diabetes Patients using cycloplegic eyedrops or any drops which affect vision Patients with Acute or chronic eye infections

Primary

MeasureTime frame
NPC and NPA by RAF rule and Visual acuity by Snellen’s chart for distance and near vision Near vision function by Near activity visual questionnaire (NAVQ) Timepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To examine the overall changes in refractive error To examine the OSDI by questionnaire Timepoint: 3 months
