Inclusion criteria: Consecutive Adult patients with primary inguinal hernia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous lower abdominal surgeries Recurrent hernia Obstructed or strangulated hernia Associated hydrocele, epididymitis H/O orchidectomy ASA 3 or more
