Inclusion criteria: Married women 25 to 50 years Pelvic organ prolapse of first and second stage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital POP Cervical polyp Pelvic space occupying lesions Cases of polymenorrhea and menorrhagia Known cases of rectal, bladder and genital organ malignancies Infectious disorders of genital tract
