Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both gender Mallampatti grade 1 and 2 patient with no hypertension or controlled with antihypertensive(BP <140/90)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Emergency surgery Anticipated difficult intubation(Mallampatti grade 3 and 4 PATIENTS WITH ORAL PATHOLOGY OR MASS History of relevant druggs allergy Patients with risk of gastric aspiration Any bleeding diathesis Patients having arrhythmia Patients having ischaemic heart disease
