Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with acute febrile illness with thrombocytopenia 2. Age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of platelet function disorder, congenial thrombocytopenia 2. Chronic liver disease 3. Chronic kidney disease 4. Drug, chemotherapy induced thrombocytopenia 5. Known case of hematological malignancy
