Intervention1: Mentored Writing Retreat Programme(MWRP): PHASE 1
The research design of phase I is exploratory survey design. Phase I will be conducted as two parts.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PHASE-1 PART-1(Survey) 1)Nursing institution with post graduate programme. 2)Nurse researchers (Faculty with postgraduate and above qualified and PhD Scholars). PART-2(FGD) Nurse researchers who, 1)participated in the survey. 2)conducted at least one research study. 3)reported at least one barrier as per Part 1 survey. PHASE-2 Participants Nurse researchers who are, 1)willing to publish, mentored and prepare manuscript. Mentors 1)Nurse researchers with h-index of >5.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: PHASE-1 1)Nurse researchers who are not willing to participate in the study. PHASE-2 Nurse researchers who are; 1)already received any training program on research publication process 2)not willing to participate in the study.
