Intervention1: Eccentric training: Eccentric exercises for the elbow flexors, wrist flexors and extensors with weights Intervention2: Hand resistance training: Bicep curls, elbow extension, wrist flex

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease (Stage 1,2 and 3 as per Hoehn and Yahr scale) Patients with clinically noticeable resting tremors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A) Patients with other neurological conditions like Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, and cerebellar disorders. B) Patients with recent spinal fracture, cardiovascular diseases, Rheumatoid arthritis, and other musculoskeletal conditions that can affect hand function.
