Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group-40-60 years 2)Individuals with chronic Frozen shoulder ( >6months),unilateral affection 3)VAS-3-8. 4)Diabetic patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having history of trauma, surgery or fracture of affected shoulder, 2)Shoulder joint instability or dislocation, 3)Systemic illness like rheumatoid arthritis, 4)Reiter’s syndrome etc. 5)Osteoarthritis of the affected shoulder joint, 6)Shoulder pain of cervical origin, 7)Patients with neurological diseases or other severe medical or psychiatric disorders, 8)Individuals not willing to participate. 9)Individuals with GI symptoms 10)Females with gynecological issues.eg- perimenopausal symptoms.  11)With low back pain, or undergone surgery 12) Female individuals with diathetic recti above 2cm. 13)Individuals with B/L frozen shoulder.
