Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teachers aged between 30-55 years. Teachers with five or more years of experience. Teachers who teach in private schools. Teachers who teach primary or middle school children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teachers who have not had a job shift within the last one year.
