Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Healthy Subjects Non-Diabetic person(HbA1C For Diabetic patients Diabetic Clinically and Laboratory diagnosed Patients with Type 2 DM as per WHO criteria Diabetic Patients on oral hypoglycaemic drugs (Allopathic or Unani) with or without controlled blood sugar History of T2DM of more than 6 months For Prediabetic patients Prediabetic Patients (HbA1C 5.7% - 6.4%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Lactation Severe systemic illness Patients with a history of Diabetic Nephropathy (Presence of Albumin on Urine R/M Examination) Patients with a history of diabetic coma Patients with major complications of Diabetes like Renal failure, Diabetic Retinopathy, etc Patients with Insulin Therapy Patients who have not agreed to sign the informed consent form.
