Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: we will be using only the archived specimens for the study we will not recruit any patients for the proposed study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: samples in-sufficiant, homolized, non-sera, positive for HIV and HBV will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
Proposed study will help in early differential diagnosis of JEV & WNV among patient who developing acute encephalitis. Designed study will also help in quantitative determination of IgM & IgG antibodies.Assay can be used to evaluate & monitor immune response to JEV, WNV, Dengue and Zika after vaccination or to understand seroprevalence. Assay can bring down cost, turnaround time and the biosafety concern compared to currently used PRNT or micro neutralization assay used for serological differentiation of JEV, Dengue and WNV.Timepoint: 2022-2024
