Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study includes: 1.Patients who are above 18 years of age visiting pulmonary OPD of AIIMS Bhopal. 2.Patient diagnosed with COPD 3.Patients who understand Hindi, English or both.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the study excludes the COPD patients who are: 1.Patient who are not willing to participate. 2.Patient who are not present at the time of data collection/lost to follow-up. 3.Patients in COPD exacerbation needing hospitalization.
