Intervention1: THORACIC EXTENSION EXERCISES, 5 days per week, 10 repetitions of each exercises and 10 minutes of moist heat for 4 weeks.: looking for effect on pain with thoracic extension exercises C

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Person who are having neck pain. Person who are working on computer more than 3 hours. Age group: 20-45 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person with cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy A history of whiplash injury A history of cervical surgery and/or thoracic A history of serious spinal pathology (including spinal osteoporosis, spinal tuberculosis, and tumors) Person who are having serious neurological problems.
