Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed cases of cancer with stage 1 2 3 and undergone chemotherapy irrespective of sex caste religion and economic status patients complaning acute ot chronic CIPN symptoms patients between age group 40 to 65 yrs patients willing to participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any known metastasis patients having multiple opportunistic infections with severe complications patients with associated complications such as chronic renal failure , hepatic disorders , mental confusion patients with long term sequaelae of chemotherapy and radiotherapy like oesopahgus stricture , urinary and stool incontinenece will be excluded
