Inclusion criteria: Classical Features of Gridhrasi Age Between 20 years to 60 years of either Gender Patients fit for Basthi Karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic, Neoplastic, Infective conditions of Spine. Developmental anomalies. Patient with systemic disorder which interfere with the course of the treatment
