Intervention1: Inj tranexamic acid along iv with inj oxytocin iv: patient will be divided into 2 groups , group A and group B . Group A will be getting Inj tranexamic 1g iv along with inj oxytocin 1

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All antenatal pregnant female in labour beyond 37 week of period of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.one who doesn’t give consent to participate in this study 2.Multiple Pregnancy 3.Coagulation disorders. 4.All High risks pregnancy(hypertension,diabetes,Antepartum haemorrhage).

to assess effect of tranexamic acid on blood loss after vaginal deliveryTimepoint: day 0 and day 2

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
determine effect of early administration of tranexamic acid on mortality/hysterectomy/other morbidities like- surgical intervention,blood transfusion, risk of non-fatal vascular events in women clinically diagnosed with PPH Timepoint: before delivery & 48 hours of delivery
