Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have Nidranash since more than one week due to Manastaap described as per sushruta samhita irrespective of their gender, occupation and religion. 2.Age 21 to 40 years. 3.Patient who have left uses of psychoactive drug from period of one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are dependent and not willing to taper psychoactive drugs (sedatives). 2.Patients who are suffering from acute systemic illness. 3.Pregnant lady and lactating mothers, who have recent history (less than month) of abortion. 4.Patient who are suffering from fluctuating hypertension and diabetes. 5.Patient who has recently undergone major surgery. 6.Patients suffering from any kind of major illness such as Malignancy, Cardiac disease, HIV, Tuberculosis etc. 7.patients having chronic pain will also be excluded. 8.Patients having addiction (alcohol and narcotics).
