Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70years 2.Sex - MALE FEMALE TRANSGENDER 3. Patients willing to participate in the study 4. Patients who are taking karrupu vishnu chakara mathirai for 30 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of DIABETES MELLITUS, HYPERTENSION 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3.Patients taking other mercurial compounds other than karrupu Vishnu chakara mathirai 4. patients not willing to participate in the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Serum mercury levels & its elimination after drug consumption will be elicited and compared with permissible limits & toxicity with respect to renal & liver parameter will be evaluated.Timepoint: 4 months - patient enrollment 2 month - outcome assessment
