Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Comparing the length of ICU stay in patients receiving diuretic therapy guided by lung USG & those receiving diuretics not guided by lung USG.Timepoint: The duration of ICU stay is compared bwtween the groups. No specific time points in primary outcome

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparing the following in the two groups: - Requirement of non-invasive or invasive mechanical ventilation & their duration. - Incidence of Acute kidney injury, dyselectrolytemias. - Daily requirement of diuretics. - Any additional diuretics used other than loop diuretics. - Daily and cumulative input, output balance. - Any events (hypotension, use of inotropic/vasopressor support, cardiac arrest, in ICU deaths etc.)Timepoint: Daily during the ICU stay
