Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 75 years - Either gender - Symptoms and signs of congestion with or without prior H/O heart failure - Requiring ICU admission
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suspected lung infection - H/O any connective tissue disorders with involvement of lung - Prior H/O Renal dysfunction requiring renal replacement therapy. POST-INCLUSION EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Any lung pathology (consolidation, fibrosis) found in any imaging studies.

| Comparing the following in the two groups: - Requirement of non-invasive or invasive mechanical ventilation & their duration. - Incidence of Acute kidney injury, dyselectrolytemias. - Daily requirement of diuretics. - Any additional diuretics used other than loop diuretics. - Daily and cumulative input, output balance. - Any events (hypotension, use of inotropic/vasopressor support, cardiac arrest, in ICU deaths etc.)Timepoint: Daily during the ICU stay | — |
